Instructions for filling out the order form for a PRIVATE mailing address on the island of Lanzarote

 Note:  Unlike the mail-forwarding service in Alaska, where payment is made directly to the provider, Rosie Enriquez handles all the details for the Canary Islands.  This is because payments sent on to the Canary Islands are in euros, not dollars. Also, normal money orders cannot be cashed overseas.

    The minimum set-up fee (one name) is $195, and the annual fee for about a dozen letters is $150.  In this case, the total would be $195 + $150 =  $345. Permission to use up to six additional personal or business names is at the rate of  $50 per name.  Here are the total amounts for the FIRST year: 

One name,  $345.   Two names, $395.    Three names, $445.    Four names, $495

Five names, $545.   Six names,   $595.    Seven names, $645.

  Number of names:  PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY.  Choose the maximum number of names you may eventually use.  For example, if you plan to use just one name for now, but may add two more names on later, choose three names. Whether you choose one name or seven, your annual fee will be the same. For example, if you choose five names, the annual fee will still be $150, assuming that the total number of letters (in whatever name) does not exceed about a dozen letters per year. (If you plan to receive much more mail than that, please contact Rosie Enriquez for a price quote, first.) 

What if you choose three names, for example, and later wish to have one name more?  In that case, you will have to fill out a new application, pay $195, and also pay a second annual fee of $150 each year.  Don't say I didn't warn you!

Your address:  Whether you choose two names or seven, all letters will be forwarded to the same address, i.e., one you supply in the "Please send my mail to—" section. If you change your address, don't forget to send your new one to Rosie, whether by e-mail or snail mail to the address below.
